three, four, and five section windshields [Ocean Dynamcis 300, 400 and 500 series]

Both mechanical(M) and welded(W) windshields are normally fabricated in either 3, 4 or 5 sections. The 3 section center console windshield (300M/300W) is appropriate for the center console boat owner who wants to enhance or increase the strength of the standard acrylic center console windshield. The welded and mechanical version can include built in handrails. The 4 section windshield (400M/400W/400CW) is more commonly used on open cockpit, cuddy cabin and walk-around style boats. The 5 section windshield (500M/500W/500CW) is appropriate for larger open cockpit boats or to provide a center walk-thru door giving access to the foreword deck. The 5 section walk-thru model comes with brasses on both sides of the door to secure and hold the port and starboard front sections firmly in place when the door is open.
