The medium duty line of sliding windows is designed for applications requiring greater window area and/or increased strength for larger vessels 30 feet and over. The heavier gage dual track sliding windows are also commonly used on large motor yachts, government and commercial vessels. They provide maximum ventilation when open, and become weather tight when closed. Heavy duty, self locking lock system provides for a strong secure close in the locked position. Specially located flip locks mounted on the inside sill secures the sliders in the open position. The heavy duty line of our three track horizontal sliding windows are commonly used on large motor yachts for large cabin or salon side windows. These windows can only be used in applications where the bulkhead is greater than 2 inches in thickness.
